If we are unable to access the property or complete the inspection due to circumstances within your control, a rebooking fee may apply.

Following your inspection, we will provide a detailed snagging report. The report will be delivered electronically (PDF format) to the email address provided during booking. We aim to deliver reports within 24-48 hours of the inspection, though this may vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.
7. Limitations of Service
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Our inspection is a visual assessment only. We do not test or certify electrical, gas, plumbing, or structural systems.
- We cannot inspect areas that are not accessible, hidden, or sealed (e.g., inside walls, under flooring).
- Our report represents the condition at the time of inspection. Issues may develop after our visit.
- We are not structural engineers, and our service does not constitute a structural survey.
- We cannot guarantee that all defects will be identified or that the developer will rectify all items listed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
